makefile fix: Install the sample abcde.conf file to /etc Makefile adjusted to allow the sample abcde.conf file to be installed by default to /etc rather than $(prefix)/etc. Thanks to Volker Schmidt from archlinux for the bug report: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/46671 As it stands abcde looks for a conf file in 2 places: 1. /etc/abcde.conf 2. $HOME/.abcde.conf and this is probably enough for most users...
Rebuild of the abcde Makefile Thanks to Reuben Thomas and Steve McIntyre as well as ReaperX7, bobzilla, 55020, GazL and dugan from the Slackware Forums. This closes Issue 4: http://abcde.einval.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4
